Welcome to Bloom Club. We are delighted to welcome you to our flower field. By booking tickets or entering the flower field, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Us
Bloom Club is a seasonal Pick Your Own (PYO) flower experience located in Boston Spa, West Yorkshire.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, whether tickets are purchased online or in person.
2. Booking & Admission
- All visitors must hold a valid ticket or booking where applicable.
- Admission is valid only for the date and time booked unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission or ask visitors to leave if their behaviour is unsafe, abusive or likely to cause damage to the farm, flowers or other visitors.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed by Bloom Club.
3. Nature of the Experience
Bloom Club is a working farm and flower field. By visiting, you acknowledge that:
- Ground surfaces are natural, uneven and may be muddy or slippery.
- There may be holes, stones, tree roots and uneven pathways.
- Weather conditions can change quickly.
- Bees, wasps, butterflies and other insects are naturally present.
- Wild plants and grasses may trigger allergies.
Visitors accept these are natural features of an outdoor countryside environment.
4. Health & Safety
For your safety we ask that all visitors:
- Wear footwear suitable for walking on farmland.
- Dress appropriately for the weather.
- Stay within designated visitor areas.
- Follow all signs and staff instructions.
- Take reasonable care for their own safety and that of others.
- Report any hazards or accidents to a member of staff immediately.
5. Children
Children are welcome but remain the responsibility of their parent, guardian or supervising adult at all times.
Children must never be left unattended anywhere on the farm.
Running, climbing on fences, entering restricted areas or playing near farm equipment is strictly prohibited.
6. Dogs
Well-behaved dogs are welcome provided they:
- Remain on a lead at all times.
- Are kept under control.
- Are cleaned up after immediately.
We reserve the right to ask owners to remove any dog causing disturbance.
7. Flower Picking
Visitors are welcome to pick flowers only within designated picking areas. Please:
- Use the equipment provided or approved by Bloom Club.
- Treat flowers and plants with care.
- Avoid damaging plants that are not intended for picking.
- Follow any guidance provided by staff.
Flowers picked must be paid for before leaving the site.
8. Allergies & Medical Conditions
Visitors are responsible for managing any allergies, including pollen, bee or wasp allergies.
If you carry medication such as an adrenaline auto-injector (EpiPen), please ensure it is brought with you.
9. Personal Property
Visitors are responsible for their own belongings.
Bloom Club accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal possessions while visiting the farm.
10. Vehicles & Parking
Parking is provided at visitors' own risk. Please:
- Follow parking instructions.
- Drive slowly within the farm.
- Keep valuables out of sight.
Bloom Club accepts no responsibility for damage to or theft from vehicles except where required by law.
11. Photography
Visitors are welcome to take photographs for personal use.
Commercial photography, organised photoshoots or filming require prior written permission.
From time to time, Bloom Club may take photographs or videos for promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to appear in any marketing material, please inform a member of staff on arrival and we will make reasonable efforts to respect your wishes.
12. Weather & Seasonal Changes
As we work with nature, flowering times and field conditions cannot be guaranteed.
Opening dates, flower varieties and availability may change due to weather, farming operations or other circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to close the flower field at short notice where conditions make it unsafe to open.
13. Cancellations & Refunds
If Bloom Club cancels your booking due to severe weather, unsafe conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either:
- an alternative date (subject to availability); or
- a refund of the amount paid.
If you are unable to attend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or transfers for customer cancellations are offered at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.
14. Liability
Visitors are expected to take reasonable care while visiting our flower field.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
Subject to the above, Bloom Club shall not be liable for losses arising from the ordinary risks associated with visiting a working farm or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
15. Damage
Visitors may be held responsible for deliberate or negligent damage caused to flowers, buildings, equipment or other property belonging to Bloom Club.
16. Privacy
Personal information collected during booking will only be used to manage your booking, communicate important information about your visit and administer our business in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
17. Acceptance
By booking tickets or entering the Bloom Club site, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
- You understand you are visiting a working farm.
- You accept the natural risks associated with an outdoor countryside environment.
- You agree to follow all instructions given by Bloom Club staff.
- You agree to supervise any children accompanying you.
- You agree to these Terms & Conditions.
